He was born on May 11, 1981, in Guadalajara, Mexico. He entered the Novitiate of Gozzano in September 2009. He made his perpetual profession in September 2013. He was ordained a priest on December 12, 2015, in Rome. He holds a degree in Economics from Anahuac University in Mexico.

He is currently the Director of the General Office of Services and Administrative Advisor of the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum in Rome.
