The prayer of a Rosary was held on Saturday, May 13, at the Headquarters of the General Directorate, with the participation of the general directors with their council and the territorial directors of the consecrated branches of Regnum Christi. The main purpose of the rosary was to accompany the Holy Father on his trip to Fatima on the occasion of the centenary of the apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary, at the Cave of Iría.
With this rosary, the week of mission assignment meetings also concluded, and thanks were given to God for the gift of the Legionary deacons of Christ and diocesan seminarians of the Pontifical International College Maria Mater Ecclesiae (PCIMME) on the 25th anniversary of its founding, a ceremony that took place at the Altar of the Chair of Saint Peter (in St. Peter’s Basilica), on past May 13.
During the Rosary, the fruits of the meetings regarding the draft of the General Statute of Regnum Christi, held from May 15 to 17 at the Headquarters of the General Directorate, were entrusted into the hands of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
In each mystery of the Rosary, intentions were prayed for each territory, for the formation centers, and for vocations. The Legionaries, consecrated women and consecrated laity of Regnum Christi present made a prayer of consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, uniting themselves to the consecration made by both Saint John Paul II and Pope Francis to Our Lady of Fatima.
