He was born on February 2, 1973, in Monterrey, Mexico. He entered the Legion of Christ in 1991 and was ordained a priest on November 25, 2004. He served as assistant in the General Administration from 1995 to 1998 and as Prefect of Discipline at the Irlandés High School in Mexico in 1998. He was director of the youth section in Guadalajara from 1999 to 2003. He was responsible for the Regnum Christi and Vocations area at the General Directorate from 2004 to 2008.
From 2008 to 2012, he served as assistant for apostolate in the Northern Mexico Territory and as local director of apostolate in Guadalajara from 2008 to 2012. He was director of the Institutional Communications Office of the Legion of Christ at the General Directorate from 2012 to 2017 and Safe Environment coordinator during the same period. He was secretary of the Commission for the Revision of the Constitutions from 2012 to 2014.
From 2017 to 2025, he served as director of Cumbres International School and Prepa Anáhuac Querétaro, and as counselor at Anáhuac University Querétaro. He currently works in the adult section of Regnum Christi in West Mexico. In 2018, he obtained a doctorate in Theology from the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum.
