He was born on December 13, 1966, in Managua, Nicaragua. He entered the Novitiate in Cheshire in September 1990. He made his perpetual profession in December 1998. He was ordained a priest in Rome on December 22, 2001. He holds a degree in Philosophy from the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum.

Since 2009, he has been working in leadership formation, combining his pastoral experience with a deep vision of service and human transformation.

During his parish ministry in Yonkers, New York, he was invited to join the first Parish Catalyst Learning Community, an initiative that promotes the renewal and vitality of parishes in North America.

He then served for two years as Territorial Administrator (CFO) of the Legion of Christ and the Regnum Christi Movement in North America, where he promoted transparent and mission-oriented management. He is currently the superior of his community of Legionary priests, director of Regnum Christi in Atlanta, and chaplain of His Way at Work, a nonprofit organization dedicated to integrating faith into business culture.

His academic background includes business administration, philosophy, and theology. Throughout his career, he has been a teacher, administrator, and youth leader, and has served in parish ministry for more than seventeen years. His entrepreneurial spirit also led him to found a radio station and a school cooperative, both initiatives serving the community.

He is currently a member of the board of Ambientes Seguros del Territorio de Norteamérica (Safe Environments of North America) and is pursuing a PhD in Philosophy.
