He was born on May 5, 1967, in Cornwall, Canada. He entered the Novitiate in Cornwall in September 1997. He made his perpetual profession in October 2005. He was ordained a priest in Rome on December 23, 2006. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Theology from the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum.

Before his priestly vocation, he pursued an academic career. He earned bachelor’s degrees, a master’s degree, and a doctorate in physics, specializing in laser optics.

After his ordination, he served in various formative and chaplaincy roles, including vice-rector and then rector of two of the Legion’s apostolic schools (in Indiana and New Hampshire), and as chaplain to the Regnum Christi communities in Ohio and Houston.

In 2020, he was appointed Rector-President of the Legionaries of Christ Novitiate and College of Humanities in Cheshire, CT. In this position, he is responsible for overseeing the initial formation of new members and seminarians of the Legionaries of Christ. His primary apostolate is as a formator of Legionaries in the seminary.
