Fr. César Pérez Luzardo, LC, was born on November 9, 1987, in Barquisimeto, Venezuela. The son of two doctors, he is the second of three brothers. He graduated with a degree in telecommunications engineering weeks before entering the novitiate in Germany. He studied humanities in Salamanca, philosophy in Rome, did his apostolic internship as a novice assistant in Venezuela, and studied theology in Rome.

He was ordained a priest on March 19, 2022. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Theology from the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum.

He is currently responsible for the promotion of vocations among adults in Bogotá and is the territorial director for the promotion of vocations among adults.
