It is about the brothers Matthew Artall, L.C., Kieran Hamilton, L.C., Vincent Le, L.C., and Christian Patterson, L.C. They took their first vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience after completing the novitiate of the Legionaries of Christ in Cheshire, Connecticut (United States).

By making their profession of vows, they begin the next stage of formation: the humanities. The humanities studies are the time when a legionary studies the heart of man to engage with culture. They continue discerning their vocation by deepening their response to Christ, who calls them to live in the world but not be of the world.

The humanities in Cheshire, Connecticut, last two years, and currently there are legionaries from the 6 novitiates: United States, Mexico, Europe, Venezuela, Brazil, and Colombia. At the end of the humanities, they renew their vows for another three years before heading to Rome for Philosophy studies.
