20 members of the Legion of Christ will receive Holy Orders next Saturday, April 27th, at the Basilica of Saint Paul Outside the Walls (Rome). The new priests come from nine different countries.
We are delighted to announce that on this upcoming April 27th, in Rome, the priestly ordination of 20 new Legionary priests will take place, hailing from Germany, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, South Korea, Spain, the United States, Mexico, and Venezuela, who have responded to the Lord’s call with generosity and dedication.
The celebration will be presided over by Luis Antonio Cardinal Tagle, Prefect of the Section for Evangelization and New Particular Churches of the Dicastery for Evangelization.
This is an occasion to celebrate and, above all, to give thanks. Therefore, we invite you to join in prayer for the new priests. May the Holy Spirit accompany them on their priestly journey, strengthening and guiding them in every step they take.
A website will be published soon where you can find the vocational testimonies of these future priests, as well as photos of the ordination ceremony and prayer materials to support them on their path.
May this news be a source of joy and hope, reminding us of the transformative power of God’s love in the world.
