“Rekindle the gift of God that is within you! (2 Tim, 1:6)” was the passage chosen this year for the 99th Assembly of the Union of Superiors General (USG), which took place from May 24 to 26 at the retreat house “Fraterna Domus” in the city of Rome. This gathering was developed as an opportunity for the superiors general of different male religious congregations to reflect on the charism of consecrated life at the service of the Church and the world in times of crisis.

Fr. John Connor, L.C., general director of the Legionaries of Christ, participated in this gathering in which he was able to share moments of reflection, prayer and fraternity with the superiors of other ecclesial realities of consecrated life.
