The Fr. Gabriel González, L.C., was born on August 19, 1968, in Torreón, Mexico. He joined the Legion of Christ in September 1985. He took his perpetual vows in July 1990. He was ordained a priest on November 25, 1994. He holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and theology from the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum. He has served as a recruiter in Mexico and Spain from 1993 to 2002. He was superior and local apostolate coordinator in Hermosillo from 1995 to 2000. He has been director of the youth section and vocations promoter in Barcelona, and director of the adult, youth, and vocations promotion section in Hermosillo. He was manager at the Center for Higher Studies from 2002 to 2008. He was director of the Sacerdos Institute from 2003 to 2010. He was superior of the apostolate community and local coordinator in Rome from 2008 to 2011. Director of the Valia Business Center in Monterrey from 2011 to 2015. He was local apostolate coordinator in Monterrey from 2016 to 2018. Currently, he is the director of the men’s section in Hermosillo.
