On June 14, 15, and 16, the novices of Monterrey Formation Center attended the annual course on Regnum Christi. The course director was Father Jorge Enrique Mújica, LC.
The course focused on the apostolic concretization of the Movement’s charism in its sections and apostolates. In addition to the theoretical contributions, testimonies were shared about the practical management of different laypeople involved in these sections and apostolates.
It was during Saturday, June 15, that the novices had the opportunity to listen to and interact with two assistants from the ladies’ section, Maru García de Fernández and Carmen Páez, two directors of apostolates, Piny Zambrano from Virgen Peregrina International, and Carmen Cantú from the Institute of Attention to Religious Women Mexico (IDAR), as well as two consecrated women and a consecrated layperson of Regnum Christi. All of them began by sharing how God had led them to Regnum Christi, what had made them persevere in it, and then offered an explanation of their own apostolate.
The consecrated women focused more on the contributions of their vocation in relation to the charism and how they live it apostolically.
