The general director of the Legionaries of Christ, P. John Connor, LC, in light of the health situation being experienced worldwide, has decided to cancel the priestly ordination ceremony scheduled for May 2, 2020, which was to take place in the city of Rome.

At the same time, it was deemed appropriate that, for this occasion, the priestly ordinations be held in the different countries of residence or origin of the deacons.

Let us accompany our brother deacons with our prayers so that they continue preparing for their priestly ordination. And let us continue to entrust all those who are suffering from the pandemic or have lost a loved one during these days.
