Fr. Kevin Meehan, L.C., was born on December 11, 1962, in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. He entered the Legion of Christ Novitiate in Orange, Connecticut, in September 1981.

He made his first profession of vows on September 11, 1983, and his perpetual profession on August 15, 1988. He was ordained a priest on January 3, 1991, in Rome. He holds a licentiate in philosophy from the Pontifical Gregorian University.

From 1987 to 1989, he was a member of the team of formators at the Center for Higher Studies in Rome. After his ordination until 2000, he was a member of the team of formators at the Vocational Center in Cheshire and later at Center Harbor, New Hampshire.

From 2000 to 2007, he was a novice instructor in Cornwall, Canada. From 2007 to 2009, he was spiritual director at the Center for Humanities and Sciences in Cheshire and at the Center for Higher Studies in Thornwood, New York.

He is currently Superior of the Apostolate House in Los Angeles and Interim Executive Director of Hombre Nuevo on Guadalupe Radio.
