He was born on January 1, 1958. He entered lay consecrated life in Regnum Christi in 1976 and joined the Legion of Christ in 1978. He was ordained a priest on December 24, 1985. He served as Territorial Director in Mexico for three years and as superior at the Headquarters of the General Directorate. He was Vicar General from 1992 to 2011. He also served as Territorial Director of Italy and the United States. He was director of Everest School in Manila and director of formation for the Semper Altius School Network. He is currently the delegate for apostolate in Asia.
