The Father Valentin Gögele L.C., was born on December 20, 1979, in Meran, Italy. He entered the Novitiate of Gozzano on May 5, 2000. He made his first profession in 2001 and his perpetual profession on October 7, 2007. He studied ecclesiastical philosophy and theology at the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum. On December 24, 2010, he was ordained a priest in the Basilica of Saint Paul Outside the Walls in Rome. As a religious, he supported the formation of novices from 2004 to 2007. He has served as rector of the Vocational Center of Bad Münstereifel from 2011 to 2018 and as local coordinator of apostolate starting in 2017. He is currently the territorial director of the Legion of Christ and a member of the Territorial Management College of Regnum Christi for Western and Central Europe.
