Il Decreto Capitolare del 2020, nelle raccomandazioni al direttore generale della Legione di Cristo dice:<\/p>\n

Per quanto riguarda l’implementazione della Ratio institutionis<\/em> (Christus vita vestra<\/em>): definire il \u00abprofilo di uscita\u00bb, le competenze da acquisire e i criteri di valutazione per ogni fase; continuare a valutare il percorso formativo; valutare e sviluppare la formazione permanente nella prossima edizione (Decreto capitolare<\/a> CG 2020 \u00a7 3, 10).<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Con questa base, si \u00e8 svolto il \u00abIncontro per formatori della Legione\u00bb. Le riunioni si sono tenute in modalit\u00e0 virtuale nel pomeriggio dell’Europa e nella mattina del continente americano.<\/p>\n

I partecipanti hanno concordato sulla necessit\u00e0 di riflettere su temi come l’identit\u00e0 del legion\u00e1rio di Cristo, gli elementi che potrebbero separare un centro di formazione da una casa di apostolato, la vita comunitaria, le differenze intergenerazionali, il pericolo della passivit\u00e0 nell’apostolato, tra gli altri.<\/p>\n

Ogni sessione iniziava con la riflessione di una delle Beatitudini. Il P. Hern\u00e1n Jim\u00e9nez, LC, vicario generale della Legione, \u00e8 stato incaricato di aprire l’incontro, e i padri Gerardo Flores, Ignacio Sarre, Jorge Fern\u00e1ndez Tijerina, Donal Clancy, Evaristo Sada, Jaime Rodr\u00edguez, LLCC, hanno sviluppato i vari temi; hanno anche partecipato il P. Gottfried Ugolini, direttore del servizio per la prevenzione e la protezione dei minori nella Diocesi di Bolzano-Bressanone, che ha trattato il tema della formazione umana.<\/p>\n

Il P. John Connor, LC, ha raccomandato a tutti i partecipanti all’incontro per formatori lo studio, la riflessione e l’applicazione del documento \u00abIl dono della fedelt\u00e0. La gioia della perseveranza\u00bb, della Congregazione per gli Istituti di Vita Consacrata e le Societ\u00e0 di Vita Apostolica<\/a>, un documento destinato a tutte le persone consacrate, in particolare a coloro che sono responsabili del governo e della formazione negli ordini, congregazioni, monasteri e istituti.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
