Jes\u00fas Villagrasa, general counselor, presented the development of the educational centers, and Viviana Lim\u00f3n, general counselor of the consecrated members of Regnum Christi and responsible for the life and mission area of Regnum Christi, spoke about the apostolic work, ECYD, and the sections, aiming to identify areas of opportunity and apostolic priorities for the next government of the Regnum Christi Federation.<\/p>\n<p>Mons. Jos\u00e9 Rodr\u00edguez Carballo, O.F.M., secretary of the <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Congregaci%C3%B3n_para_los_Institutos_de_Vida_Consagrada_y_las_Sociedades_de_Vida_Apost%C3%B3lica\">Congregation for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life<\/a>, presided over the Eucharistic concelebration on Thursday, February 13, and accompanied the capitular fathers during dinner. He emphasized during his homily the three pillars on which all reflection during the General Chapter should be based: the Gospel, the charism reflected in the Constitutions, and the signs of the times. Regarding the issue of minors\u2019 abuse, he called for clarity in discernment as an institution and boldness in implementing the necessary measures.<\/p>\n<p>On February 14, Father David Boix, L.C., passed away at the age of 85.
