One of them was with parishioners and members of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/regnumchristi.es\/sevilla\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Regnum Christi of Seville and C\u00f3rdoba<\/a>, attended by the local Bishop, Mons. Demetrio Fern\u00e1ndez, and P. Carlos Zancajo, LC, territorial director of the Movement and the Legion of Christ in Spain. The other was with young people from the two Andalusian capitals.<\/p>\n<p>The first took place on May 1st and began with a Way of Light through the neighborhood. After a meal at the parish house, Mons. Demetrio spent some time talking with the novices, their trainers, P. Carlos Zancajo, and the Legionaries supporting this parish, Fathers Miguel Segura and Ra\u00fal Lopez.<\/p>\n<p><a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"http:\/\/legionariosdecristo.org\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2018\/06\/novicioscord3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-7950\" src=\"http:\/\/legionariosdecristo.org\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2018\/06\/novicioscord3-300x198.jpg\" alt=\"\u201cWhat do they expect from a priest?\u201d: families and young people from Regnum Christi meet the novices in C\u00f3rdoba\" width=\"300\" height=\"198\" srcset=\"https:\/\/subdir.legionariosdecristo.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2018\/06\/novicioscord3-300x198.jpg 300w, https:\/\/subdir.legionariosdecristo.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2018\/06\/novicioscord3.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Monsignor Fern\u00e1ndez explained his vocation, his vision of the Church in Spain, his experience as a bishop, his view of the priesthood and of the Legionaries, as well as ways to help in parish life. The day concluded with the celebration of the Eucharist presided over by himself.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding this meeting, Isabel, a member of Regnum Christi, commented to the portal Lo+RC that \u201cthe novices, it was a joy to be with them\u2026 They spoke to us about their vocations, about the need for us to pray for them. And, honestly, the fellowship of the RC family with the parishioners was spectacular, as well as the affection from the bishop, the parish priest, and P. Zancajo.\u201d<\/p>\n<h4>Meeting with the youth<\/h4>\n<p>Another of the most significant moments of these days was the gathering with the young people from the C\u00f3rdoba and Seville sections.
