Angelus<\/i> and Regina Caeli<\/i> and prayer to the guardian angel. <\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

The greeting to the Most Holy Virgin is prayed twice a day: in the morning around noon, and in the evening around six. The \u201cAngelus<\/i>\u201d is prayed all year round, except during the Easter season. The \u201cRegina c\u00e6li<\/i>\u201d, from Easter Sunday until noon on Pentecost Saturday inclusive.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Angelus<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

The angel of the Lord announced to Mary.
\nAnd she conceived by the Holy Spirit.<\/p>\n

Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.<\/p>\n

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.<\/p>\n

Behold the servant of the Lord.
\nLet it be done to me according to your word.<\/p>\n

Hail Mary …<\/p>\n

And the Word was made flesh.
\nAnd dwelt among us.
\nHail Mary …<\/p>\n

Pray for us, Holy Mother of God.
\nThat we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.<\/p>\n

Let us pray: We ask You, Lord, to pour Your grace into our minds, so that we, who have known through the message of the angel the mystery of the incarnation of Your Son, may be led to the glory of the resurrection, through the merits of His cross and passion. Through the same Christ our Lord.<\/p>\n

Amen.<\/p>\n

Regina Caeli<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Rejoice, Queen of Heaven, alleluia.

Rejoice and be glad, Virgin Mary, alleluia.
\nBecause truly the Lord has risen, alleluia.<\/p>\n

Let us pray: O God, who filled the world with joy through the resurrection of Jesus Christ, Your Son, our Lord, grant us, through the intercession of His Mother, the Virgin Mary, to attain the happiness of eternal life. Through Christ our Lord.<\/p>\n
