This first edition was organized and promoted in collaboration with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.anahuac.mx\/cancun\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Universidad An\u00e1huac Canc\u00fan<\/a>. (Mexico)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/uft.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Universidad Finis Terrae<\/a>. (Chile)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufv.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Universidad Francisco de Vitoria<\/a> (Spain)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In this congress, which will take place on November 24 and 25, 2022, presentations will be made that understand leadership and the common good as two intimately related elements. Leadership understood as the action of guiding a group of people harmoniously toward the common good can be present in different areas of human activity. Politics and management of public affairs, businesses, social organizations, and education are fields of knowledge in which leadership and the common good are present and can contribute to solving society\u2019s most relevant problems.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What are the research lines<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Leadership Education:<\/strong> Experiences and reflections on the development of leadership skills and competencies in educational settings.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Leadership and Society:<\/strong> Experiences and reflections on the positive transformation of society and culture.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Leadership and Public Governance:<\/strong> Experiences and reflections on politics and public management as means for social and cultural development.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Leadership and Business:<\/strong> Experiences and reflections on business management and its positive impact on society.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>The target audience<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Academics, researchers, and teachers.<\/li>\n<li>Trainers and educators in leadership<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>The Steering Committee is composed of:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>Dr. Jaime Riquelme<\/em><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Currently Director of the Leadership Center at Universidad Finis Terrae and Senior Management Consultant for People Management at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Chile. He holds a doctorate in Peace and International Security from the General Guti\u00e9rrez Mellado University Institute and a Master\u2019s in Military Sciences with a specialization in Planning and Strategic Management from the Chilean War Academy. He is also the author of three books and a contributor to various scientific journals.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Dr. Salvador Ortiz de Montellano<\/em><br \/>\nCurrently Director at Sistemas Integrales de Computo Montellano and Emeritus Dean of the Faculty of Education and Psychology at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria (Spain). He holds a doctorate in Education from the Complutense University of Madrid, a Master\u2019s in Systems from Ibero-American University, and a Master\u2019s in Philosophy from the University of Navarra.<\/p>\n<p><em>Dr. (c) Antonio Aldrette Elizondo<\/em><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Currently Director of the\u00a0<i>International School of Leadership An\u00e1huac<\/i>\u00a0(ISLA) and of the Leadership-Humanities Division at Universidad An\u00e1huac Canc\u00fan. He studied Philosophy at Regina Apostolorum University in Rome and later completed the Master\u2019s in Social Responsibility and the MBA-An\u00e1huac at Universidad An\u00e1huac M\u00e9xico. Recently, he completed coursework for a Doctorate in Leadership and Management of Higher Education Institutions at Universidad An\u00e1huac M\u00e9xico, and is working on his thesis.<\/p>\n<p><em>Mtro. (c) Jos\u00e9 Miguel Ojeda<\/em><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Currently Coordinator of the Leadership Programs at An\u00e1huac Canc\u00fan. He earned his Bachelor\u2019s in International Business and his Master\u2019s in Strategic International Leadership at Universidad An\u00e1huac Canc\u00fan.
