These data are those entered in the various contact forms and consist of common and special personal data such as: first and last name, email address, country, and reason for the message.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1187\" data-end=\"1477\">Due to the confessional nature of the Controller, your registration data may allow third parties to infer your religious affiliation. Therefore, such data are considered special categories of data whose processing is permitted to the Controller under Art. 9, para. 2, letter d) of the GDPR.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1479\" data-end=\"1737\"><strong data-start=\"1479\" data-end=\"1521\">Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1479\" data-end=\"1737\">Data are processed solely for contact and management purposes. The legal basis for processing is the explicit consent provided. Failure to give consent may result in the inability to access the requested services.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1739\" data-end=\"2000\"><strong data-start=\"1739\" data-end=\"1763\">Method of Processing<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1739\" data-end=\"2000\">Your personal data are processed using digital tools that may be located either within or outside the European Union, in any case in compliance with applicable legal provisions and the standards established by the European Commission.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2002\" data-end=\"2170\">It is understood that, as the Congregation operates worldwide, data may also be accessed from outside the European Union, in accordance with Recital No. 48 of the GDPR.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"2172\" data-end=\"2506\"><strong data-start=\"2172\" data-end=\"2190\">Data Processor<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"2172\" data-end=\"2506\">The technical management of the digital tools through which data are handled is entrusted to a company based in Mexico, which has been appointed as data processor pursuant to Art. 28 of the GDPR. The data transfer is carried out according to the procedures prescribed by European Commission Decision No. 914\/2021.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"2508\" data-end=\"2880\"><strong data-start=\"2508\" data-end=\"2527\">Data Disclosure<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"2508\" data-end=\"2880\">The Congregation may disclose the data to other companies, whether national or international, entities and\/or institutions internally linked to the Congregation. These parties will use the data in their capacity as independent data controllers, assuming all obligations and responsibilities that the Congregation undertakes under this Privacy Notice.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"2882\" data-end=\"3124\"><strong data-start=\"2882\" data-end=\"2902\">Retention Period<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"2882\" data-end=\"3124\">The Congregation will retain your personal data no longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they are processed, and in accordance with the parameters established in Art. 5, para. 1, letter e) of the GDPR.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"3126\" data-end=\"3272\"><strong data-start=\"3126\" data-end=\"3157\">Rights of the Data Subjects<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"3126\" data-end=\"3272\">As a data subject, you have the right to obtain, in accordance with Articles 15\u201322 of the GDPR, the following: the rectification of personal data; the restriction of processing of personal data concerning you, when: a) you contest the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling the Controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data; b) the processing is unlawful under the GDPR and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead; c) the personal data are required by you to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim; or the erasure of the personal data themselves.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3816\" data-end=\"4207\">You specifically have the right to request the erasure of personal data and\/or to object to their processing.
